Monarch Select’s business approach offers exciting opportunities -- to the right people. Highly motivated, top producing real estate professionals will immediately recognize the benefits of two models that ensure the highest possible earning potential with the flexibility to meet personal and professional goals.

Monarch Select Gold agents keep a full 70% of their commissions until Monarch Select’s portion equals $12,000. At that point, agents move up to a 90/10 model, which enables them to keep 90 percent of their commissions. A modest desk fee covers general liability, Internet access/usage, administration and marketing materials.

Monarch Select Platinum agents make an annual investment of $10,000 – a fraction of what they should earn in a year – and are free to keep 100% of all their commissions. No “hidden fees.”  Nothing “shaved off the top.” Platinum agents enjoy all of the support services that Gold agents do, but they are exempt from the desk fee.
